Let's talk about the power of creative and unconventional therapy! We go beyond the traditional "How does that make you feel?" approach by incorporating art, animals, and hands-on activities that help clients express and heal in ways words can't. Learn more about how these innovative methods are helping people find their unique path to healing in our latest article: "Beyond 'How Does That Make You Feel?': The Power of Creative and Unconventional Therapy" which can be found on our website beckylennox.com/blog or follow the link in our bio. Alisha's story mirrors what I hear from many parents: they're seeking a warm, non-clinical environment where their children feel safe and comfortable opening up. From young kids to college students, we create a personalized experience, tailoring activities and surroundings to make each session as effective and supportive as possible. "My daughter has been going to Becky for 4 months now and I am so grateful for what she has done for my daughter. She has her confidence back And is learning how to handle her triggers. If you’re nervous to go see a therapist don’t be because Becky makes you feel comfortable and she is very easy to talk to. Her place is inviting and is very different than other therapists. I definitely recommend Becky ♥️" - Alisha V. Let's Talk. Email or call anytime to schedule an in-person or virtual session. (817) 701-5438 | beckylennox2018@gmail.com

Lorie's patient story: "Becky is straightforward and compassionate. She has been able to get our children to communicate and express themselves in a matter of weeks when other therapists and psychiatrists were unable to accomplish this. Becky and her team therapy (cats, doses, chicken, turtle and rabbit) and various activities create an environment that is safe and allows for more dialogue than a traditional office setting. Becky has helped our family focus on our goals and work together to better balance each of our unique needs. I can’t say enough about how great she has been with us and how much she has helped each one of us. I am so very grateful that she was referred to us. Our relationships and lives have improved and I expect will continue to improve as we work to learn better ways to communicate and resolve conflict." - Lorie G. We have an “out-of-the-box” approach when it comes to therapy. My office is purposefully designed to not be the typical clinical setting. I created instead an atmosphere of uniqueness, comfort, safety, and warmth. How can I support you? Let’s talk: (817) 701-5438 | beckylennox2018@gmail.com
